Core Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Architect and design complex systems using Java, Angular, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define technical solutions and project requirements.
- Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, coding standards, and automation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Java development, Angular, and MongoDB technologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Java development, with deep expertise in Java 8 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 2+) for front-end development.
- Extensive experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Proven track record in designing and architecting enterprise-scale software solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
